At Swisscom, we are looking for an experienced Change Enabler - IT Service Management to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for driving change within the IT Service Management space, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to deliver successful projects.This role is ideal for a self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. To be successful in this role, you must have a comprehensive understanding of IT Service Management, the ability to work with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and experience in developing a change strategy.If you are a confident, adaptable and experienced professional who is committed to delivering the highest quality of work, then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a change strategy for IT Service Management.
  2. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  3. Identify potential opportunities for improvement within the IT Service Management space.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT Service Management processes and procedures.
  5. Analyze and report on the performance of IT Service Management projects.
  6. Lead workshops and other activities to ensure successful change management.
  7. Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on IT Service Management best practices.
  8. Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  9. Monitor and review IT Service Management budgets.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
