
Change Enabler - IT Service Management
At Swisscom, we are looking for an experienced Change Enabler - IT Service Management to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for driving change within the IT Service Management space, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to deliver successful projects.This role is ideal for a self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a change strategy for IT Service Management.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify potential opportunities for improvement within the IT Service Management space.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT Service Management processes and procedures.
- Analyze and report on the performance of IT Service Management projects.
- Lead workshops and other activities to ensure successful change management.
- Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on IT Service Management best practices.
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor and review IT Service Management budgets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
