Training Manager

As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for our employees. You should have a solid understanding of organizational development theories, learning and development principles, and best practices. Strong project management and analytical skills are essential in this role. You should be an excellent communicator with a passion for helping our employees reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs to meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
2. Collaborate with management and staff to identify training objectives, needs, and goals.
3. Develop and deliver effective training materials in various formats, including classroom, online, and blended learning.
4. Identify and develop appropriate metrics to measure the success of training programs.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
6. Track and analyze training data to identify areas of improvement.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure access to high-quality training materials and resources.
8. Maintain updated records of training activities, materials, and evaluations.
9. Stay up to date on changes in the industry and new training methods and techniques.
10. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their training and development.
