Training Coordinator

Responsibilities:

3. Deliver training sessions in a variety of formats, including classroom, virtual, and online.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to stakeholders.
5. Monitor and track employee learning progress.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training trends and best practices.
7. Prepare and maintain training materials and resources.
8. Create and distribute surveys to measure training effectiveness.
9. Collaborate with various departments to ensure training needs are met.
10. Liaise with external vendors to arrange training programs.
11. Ensure training programs adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
12. Manage the training budget.
