Injection Molding Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of all injection molding processes and related equipment to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement injection molding processes and related equipment to ensure high quality standards are met
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient production and on-time deliveries
• Troubleshoot and resolve injection molding issues
• Monitor and adjust injection molding processes to maximize product quality and minimize production costs
• Utilize automation and robotics to improve injection molding processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure design changes are implemented and documented
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and guidelines
• Research and evaluate new injection molding materials, technologies, and processes
• Develop and maintain process documentation, such as work instructions and process flows
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on injection molding equipment
