1. Greet and welcome customers to Swarovski, providing an exceptional level of customer service.
2. Assist customers in finding and selecting the perfect jewelry and accessories to meet their needs and preferences.
3. Educate customers on the features and benefits of Swarovski products, including materials, craftsmanship, and design.
4. Maintain a deep knowledge of Swarovski products, collections, and current fashion trends.
5. Use visual merchandising techniques to showcase products and create an attractive and inviting atmosphere in the store.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized styling advice and recommendations.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations on how to improve the customer experience.
8. Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
