1. Greet and welcome customers to the Swarovski store, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
2. Understand and communicate the Swarovski brand identity and product offerings to customers.

4. Provide personalized styling services to customers, including recommending coordinating pieces and suggesting styling options.
