Stock Room Leader

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of stock room associates to ensure the highest level of customer service in the store.
2. Train and develop stock room associates in customer service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
3. Monitor stock room operations and take corrective action as needed to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
4. Ensure the store is adequately stocked and organized.
5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
6. Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
7. Maintain a clean and organized stock room.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
9. Provide exceptional customer service while attending to customer inquiries and needs.
10. Monitor and report stock room discrepancies to management.
