1. Greet customers upon entering the store and provide excellent customer service.
2. Assist customers in finding the perfect piece of Swarovski jewelry.
3. Demonstrate knowledge of Swarovski’s product line.
4. Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
5. Accurately process transactions and answer customer questions.
6. Develop positive relationships with customers to build loyalty.
7. Maintain store cleanliness and orderliness.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
