At Swarovski, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant who is ready to take their career to the next level. As a Sales Consultant, you will be part of a team of sales professionals tasked with helping customers find the perfect Swarovski products to suit their needs. You will also provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty.The ideal candidate for this role should have a passion for sales and a proven track record of success in a retail environment. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Additionally, the successful Sales Consultant should have a positive attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
  2. Help customers find the perfect Swarovski products to suit their needs.
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and complaints.
  4. Maintain a positive attitude and remain calm in fast-paced environments.
  5. Track sales performance and suggest strategies to improve results.
  6. Remain up to date on all Swarovski products and trends.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures.
  8. Assist with other tasks as assigned.
