Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Provide customers with a superior shopping experience by offering personalized assistance and advice on products and services.
2. Develop an in-depth knowledge of Swarovski products and services to answer customer inquiries in a knowledgeable and helpful manner.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
6. Greet customers warmly and ascertain reason for their visit.
7. Accurately process customer transactions using the point of sale system.
8. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
9. Assist in merchandising, pricing, and inventory control activities.
10. Assist in maintaining store aesthetics and cleanliness.
