  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, representing the Swarovski brand with a positive and professional attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and offering personalized recommendations.
  3. Utilize strong sales skills to drive sales and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and create a loyal customer base.
  5. Demonstrate expert knowledge of Swarovski products, including materials, craftsmanship, and design, to effectively communicate the value and unique features of each item.
  6. Keep up to date with current fashion trends and market knowledge to provide fashion advice and styling suggestions to customers.
  7. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is always well-stocked and organized.
  8. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  10. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development opportunities provided by the company.
