  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store with a friendly and professional attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products.
  3. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Swarovski products, their features, and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging and building relationships with customers.
  5. Utilize effective sales techniques to promote and sell products, including cross-selling and upselling.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system.
  8. Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming product releases and promotions.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Swarovski brand and its values.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
