- Provide exceptional customer service to all Swarovski customers by greeting and engaging with them, addressing any concerns or inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Swarovski products, including their features, benefits, and uses, to effectively communicate and sell to customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge by attending training sessions, reading product materials, and staying up-to-date on new product releases.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively seeking out and engaging with customers, upselling and cross-selling products, and effectively closing sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain store appearance and organization by restocking shelves, cleaning displays, and ensuring products are accurately labeled and priced.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and provide support as needed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve sales techniques, customer service skills, and product knowledge.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory counts, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Remain up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Swarovski as a leader in the luxury crystal market.
- Adhere to company values and represent the Swarovski brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Take ownership of customer complaints and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
