  • Greet and welcome customers to the store in a warm and friendly manner
  • Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs and preferences
  • Provide product knowledge and information on the Swarovski brand and its products
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and upselling products to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive and personalized shopping experience
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience for customers
  • Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge to offer the best recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient working environment
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security procedures, to ensure the safety and security of the store and its merchandise.
