As a Sales Consultant at Swarovski, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a renowned brand, while helping our customers find the perfect piece of jewelry to add sparkle to their lives. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, has a strong sales background, and has a deep appreciation for our brand and products.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and understanding their needs and preferences.
  4. Demonstrate expert knowledge of Swarovski products, including materials, design, and craftsmanship.
  5. Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell products to customers, while also meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Provide styling and fashion advice to customers to help them find the perfect piece of jewelry.
  7. Keep up-to-date with current and upcoming product knowledge, promotions, and sales events.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
  10. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
  11. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the customer experience through feedback and suggestions.
  13. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  15. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
