Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
2. Assist customers with selecting the perfect Swarovski piece for their needs.
3. Listen to customer’s requirements and answer any questions they have about the products.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase.
5. Ensure the store is clean, well-organized and orderly.
6. Receive and process payments for merchandise.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer orders and purchases.
8. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
9. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and the latest trends in the industry.
10. Provide feedback to store management on customer service, sales, and product feedback.
