Job Description

Are you ready to join a dynamic and experienced team of Retail Sales Consultants at Swarovski? We’re looking for a passionate individual to join our team and bring a unique and innovative perspective to the retail sales process. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with customers and help them find the perfect Swarovski product to suit their needs.To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion and retail, a strong knowledge of Swarovski products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be a team player and be able to think on your feet.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage and create relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Demonstrate knowledge of Swarovski products and provide customers with product recommendations.
  3. Assist customers with product selection and purchases.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor.
  6. Participate in team meetings, store events, and training sessions.
  7. Stay up to date on the latest fashion and retail trends.
  8. Build rapport with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
  10. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
