Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team at Swarovski. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual who is passionate about creating a memorable and rewarding shopping experience for our customers. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work within a team environment.The Assistant Retail Store Manager will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting with staff training, and helping to ensure that store performance meets our high standards. They should be comfortable overseeing store operations, setting goals, and motivating staff to reach those targets. This role requires a strong understanding of our company's core values, and the ability to lead by example.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of retail experience, including 1 year of experience in a leadership role. You should possess strong sales and customer service skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that store performance meets high standards.
  2. Assist with staff training and motivate staff to reach set goals.
  3. Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Lead by example and ensure that core values are upheld.
  6. Develop strategies to improve sales and customer service.
  7. Ensure store is properly stocked and merchandised.
  8. Monitor and analyze store performance and take corrective action as necessary.
  9. Work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
  10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
