  1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
  2. Train and develop a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  3. Foster a positive and customer-focused work environment, leading by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
  4. Maintain and uphold the brand image and visual merchandising standards in the store.
  5. Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to drive business and meet targets.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
  7. Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandise transfers.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and execute employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
  10. Conduct regular store meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations to the team.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all operational and safety guidelines.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve store processes and procedures, making recommendations for increased efficiency and productivity.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  14. Represent the brand and store in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Retail Management Experience: A Successful Candidate For The Assistant Retail Store Manager Position At Swarovski Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Luxury Brand Or Similar Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Assistant Retail Store Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Sales Associates, So Strong Leadership And People Management Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Employees, As Well As Effectively Handle Any Conflicts Or Issues That May Arise.

  • Knowledge Of Luxury Retail Industry: Swarovski Is A Well-Known Luxury Brand, And The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Luxury Retail Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Trends, Customer Preferences, And Competition In The Market.

  • Sales And Customer Service Experience: The Assistant Retail Store Manager Will Be Expected To Drive Sales And Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Ensure A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers. Previous Experience In Sales And Customer Service Is Therefore Highly Desirable.

  • Organizational And Multitasking Abilities: As The Assistant Retail Store Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Various Tasks Such As Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, Scheduling, And Administrative Duties.
