  1. Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and driving store profitability.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of retail associates, providing guidance and training to ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
  3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  4. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
  5. Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure adequate product availability.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and provide insights to the store manager.
  9. Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to support their development.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, security, and visual merchandising guidelines.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive and successful retail operation.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the store manager.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, setting an example for the team.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to suggest innovative ideas to improve the store's performance.
  15. Assist in the implementation of promotional events and special offers to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Job Qualifications
