Welcome to Swarovski, a world-renowned brand known for its exquisite crystal jewelry and accessories. We are currently seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team and help us uphold our reputation for top-quality products and exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, from driving sales and managing staff to maintaining visual merchandising standards. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for luxury retail and a strong understanding of the Swarovski brand.   1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, staff management, and visual merchandising.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to uphold the reputation of the Swarovski brand.
  3. Motivate and lead a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  4. Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  5. Train and develop new employees, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to existing staff.
  6. Maintain a thorough understanding of Swarovski products and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales figures to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
  8. Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
  9. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement effective marketing and promotional campaigns.
  10. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  11. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Stay updated on industry and market trends to make informed decisions and stay ahead of competitors.
  13. Represent the Swarovski brand with professionalism and passion at all times.

  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Strong Candidate For An Assistant Retail Store Manager Position At Swarovski Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Retail Store Or Department.
