  1. Assist the Store Manager in creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.

  3. Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  4. Maintain and control inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished and displayed effectively.
  5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute visual merchandising plans that align with company brand standards.
  6. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to retail staff.
  8. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  10. Assist in creating and managing employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  12. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect company assets and ensure a safe working environment.
  13. Lead by example by demonstrating exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Swarovski's brand image and values at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Successful Assistant Retail Store Manager At Swarovski Should Have A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Luxury Retail Industry. This Would Demonstrate Their Ability To Lead A Team, Drive Sales, And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
