  1. Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and management of the retail store.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and luxurious shopping environment for customers.
  3. Train and develop retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to make strategic recommendations for improvement.
  5. Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed effectively and attractively.
  6. Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  7. Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets and goals.
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  11. Support the Store Manager in recruitment, training, and performance management of retail staff.
  12. Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
  13. Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  14. Manage store budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.
  15. Collaborate with other department managers to achieve overall company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
