- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Assist in the supervision and training of retail store staff to ensure a high level of customer service and product knowledge.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Ensure the store is consistently maintained to the highest standards, including cleanliness, organization, and product presentation.
- Help to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff.
- Use your keen eye for detail to identify and resolve any issues that may arise in the store, including customer complaints and operational challenges.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively promote and sell Swarovski products to customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the store is fully stocked with the latest merchandise and that all promotions and marketing initiatives are effectively communicated to customers.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager to contribute to the overall success of the store and company.
Previous Retail Management Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably Within The Luxury Or Fashion Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: As An Assistant Retail Store Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Guiding A Team Of Sales Associates. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Motivate And Inspire Their Team To Achieve Sales Goals.
