
Assistant Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to ensure the successful operation of the store and exceed customer expectations
• Create and implement effective strategies to drive sales and maximize customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze store performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Manage and delegate tasks, and provide feedback and coaching to staff
• Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain store appearance, including stocking and merchandising
• Monitor inventory and stock levels to ensure accurate product availability
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and other store operations
