- Assist the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Train and supervise retail sales associates to achieve sales goals and maintain brand standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Swarovski products and communicate this information to customers and staff.
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and meets brand standards.
- Help to create and implement effective promotional and marketing strategies to drive store traffic and increase sales.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, conducting regular stock counts, and managing stock levels.
- Collaborate with the Retail Store Manager to develop and implement store policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance job performance.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the Swarovski brand with enthusiasm and passion.
- Uphold Swarovski's high standards of excellence and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Luxury Jewelry Or Fashion Industry.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Customer Service Skills, With A Focus On Creating A Positive And Memorable Shopping Experience.
Proficient Knowledge Of Sales Techniques And Strategies, With A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets.
