Experience In Retail Management: Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Luxury Or Jewelry Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Provide Guidance And Support To Achieve Sales Targets And Customer Service Goals.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Team Members, And Upper Management.
Knowledge Of Swarovski Products: Familiarity With Swarovski Products, Their Features, And Benefits To Provide Exceptional Customer Service And Drive Sales.
