- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the retail store.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and increase revenue.
- Supervise and train retail staff to ensure they provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all visual merchandising is in line with brand standards and creates an inviting and engaging shopping experience for customers.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in managing stock and replenishment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the retail team.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.

- Support the Store Manager in achieving overall store goals and objectives.

Previous Retail Management Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Luxury Or Jewelry Brand.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Assistant Retail Store Manager Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Motivating A Team To Achieve Sales Targets And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
