Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for retail and a keen eye for detail.   1. Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
  3. Support the Store Manager in training and developing the sales team to ensure they deliver the highest level of customer service.
  4. Ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times.
  5. Help to manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
  6. Assist in creating and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Support the Store Manager in conducting performance evaluations and setting goals for the sales team.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  11. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
  12. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  14. Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and Head Office to provide updates on store performance and any issues that may arise.
  15. Represent the Swarovski brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
