Previous Retail Management Experience: A Successful Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Managing A Retail Store, Preferably In The Luxury Or Jewelry Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Assistant Retail Store Manager Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Train And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates.
