  1. Assist the Retail Store Manager in effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the store.
  2. Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
  3. Drive sales by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.
  4. Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the brand, products, and sales techniques.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales trends to make data-driven decisions for the store.
  6. Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed in a compelling and organized manner.
  7. Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize losses.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines.
  9. Communicate effectively with the Retail Store Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Assist in creating and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  12. Collaborate with the Retail Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets and goals.
  13. Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and the luxury market to provide expert knowledge to customers.
  14. Encourage a positive and team-oriented work environment to motivate and inspire store staff.
  15. Show a strong dedication to the Swarovski brand and embody its values and image.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Successful Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Managing A Retail Store, Preferably In The Luxury Or Jewelry Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Assistant Retail Store Manager Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Train And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Swarovski Places A High Value On Providing Exceptional Customer Service To Its Clientele, So The Assistant Retail Store Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Excellent Customer Service.

  • Knowledge Of Swarovski Products: A Deep Understanding Of Swarovski Products, Including Their Design, Quality, And History, Is Essential For Effectively Managing A Swarovski Store.

  • Organizational And Time Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Juggle Multiple Tasks, From Managing Inventory To Scheduling Staff To Handling Customer Inquiries. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills To Ensure The Store Runs Smoothly And Efficiently.
