Job Description

As an Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable shopping experience.   1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  3. Support the Store Manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets by monitoring and analyzing sales data, implementing effective sales strategies, and motivating the sales team.
  4. Train and develop sales associates to ensure they have the necessary product knowledge and customer service skills to effectively represent the brand and meet sales goals.
  5. Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement visual merchandising strategies that showcase the brand's products and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
  6. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  7. Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and efficient store operations.
  8. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, communicating any stock shortages or excesses to the Store Manager.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the Swarovski brand and its values to customers and team members.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to make informed decisions and suggestions to the Store Manager.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, safety, and compliance standards.
  13. Collaborate with the Store Manager to conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
  14. Assist in the hiring and onboarding process of new team members, ensuring they are trained and integrated into the team effectively.
  15. Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other team members to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Management Experience: A Qualified Assistant Retail Store Manager At Swarovski Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Luxury Goods Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing Employees, Overseeing Daily Operations, And Driving Sales.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In A Retail Environment, And An Assistant Retail Store Manager At Swarovski Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Clearly And Professionally With Customers, Employees, And Upper Management.

  • Strong Leadership Abilities: The Assistant Retail Store Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Sales Associates, And Thus Should Have Strong Leadership Skills. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Employees, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Handle Conflicts Or Issues That May Arise.

  • Retail Sales And Merchandising Knowledge: A Successful Assistant Retail Store Manager At Swarovski Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Retail Sales And Merchandising Strategies. This Includes Knowledge Of Product Placement, Inventory Management, And The Ability To Analyze Sales Data To Make Informed Decisions.

  • Passion For The Brand: As A Luxury Brand, Swarovski Looks For Individuals Who Have A Passion For Their Products And Brand. An Assistant Retail Store Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Swarovski's Brand Values And Be Able To Represent The Brand With Enthusiasm And Professionalism.
