
Assistant Retail Store Manager

- Assist the Retail Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering product questions, and handling any issues or concerns.
- Support the sales team by setting sales goals, training and coaching on product knowledge and sales techniques, and monitoring performance.
- Collaborate with the Retail Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve targets.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of Swarovski products to customers.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing and all displays and merchandise are in line with brand standards.
- Assist with scheduling and managing staff to ensure adequate coverage and exceptional customer service at all times.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and cash handling.
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Swarovski brand values and promoting the brand image to customers and staff.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as creating schedules, processing payroll, and submitting reports.
- Strive to continuously improve the customer experience by seeking and implementing feedback and suggestions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to make informed decisions and contribute to the company's success.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Support the Retail Store Manager in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment to motivate and engage the team.
Previous Retail Management Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Position, Preferably In A Luxury Or High-End Retail Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Will Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Provide Guidance And Support To Team Members.
