
Assistant Retail Store Manager
Swarovski is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team and help manage our retail store operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, and be passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing store staff, helping to manage day-to-day store operations, and ensuring that customers have a great shopping experience.To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of retail store management experience, a strong ability to multitask, great communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You should also be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations.
- Lead and motivate store staff to achieve excellent customer service standards.
- Ensure the store is in compliance with all Swarovski policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate merchandising.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they are up to date with product knowledge and customer service standards.
- Monitor and maintain store appearance to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
- Prepare and analyze store performance reports and budgets.
- Monitor and manage store expenses.
