
Assistant Retail Store Manager
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Store Manager to join the Swarovski team! As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and helping to drive sales and team performance.This position requires excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong knowledge of retail operations. You should be able to demonstrate a passion for customer service and team development, a drive for results and a commitment to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: a minimum of two years of retail management experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong understanding of retail operations. You should also have experience leading, coaching and developing teams. Responsibilities:

- Carry out administrative duties, such as scheduling, hiring, and training.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure proper visual merchandising.
- Create reports on store performance and sales trends.
