Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a customer-focused environment
• Monitor and analyze store performance and suggest action plans to improve store operations
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction
• Manage the store budget, including sales targets and expenses
• Manage staff performance, including the selection, training, and supervision of staff
• Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed
• Monitor staff compliance with safety and security procedures
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare reports and other documents as needed
