
Assistant Retail Store Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including customer service, sales, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase profits.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to meet sales goals and store objectives.
- Develop and implement customer service and store policies and procedures.
- Train and develop team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the store and ensure all displays are aesthetically pleasing.
- Supervise and manage cash handling procedures and POS systems.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on store performance and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
