Job Description

At Swarovski, we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and results-driven Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team! As our Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will be a key part of the store leadership team, responsible for helping to create an engaging, customer-focused shopping environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about retail, with a strong background in customer service, store operations, and team management. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and are looking to join a successful retail organization, we would love to hear from you!Qualifications:· Minimum of two years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment· Proven success in driving positive sales performance and meeting store goals· Positive attitude and strong interpersonal and communication skills· Ability to lead and motivate a team· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills· Demonstrated experience in merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention· Knowledge of retail procedures and best practices· Working knowledge of POS systems and MS Office Suite

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily store operations, including customer service, sales, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
  2. Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to increase profits.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of employees to meet sales goals and store objectives.
  4. Develop and implement customer service and store policies and procedures.
  5. Train and develop team members to ensure excellent customer service.
  6. Maintain the visual appearance of the store and ensure all displays are aesthetically pleasing.
  7. Supervise and manage cash handling procedures and POS systems.
  8. Maintain accurate records and reports on store performance and inventory.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  10. Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
