Job Description

We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-service oriented Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team at Swarovski! The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a drive to succeed, and a commitment to providing our customers with unparalleled service.You'll be responsible for helping to lead a successful store team, managing inventory, and providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
  2. Manage and motivate store staff, ensuring that they are well-trained and informed on current promotions and product knowledge.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequately stocked and properly merchandised.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  5. Monitor store budgets and expenses, and ensure that all financial goals are met.
  6. Utilize customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and outside partners.
  9. Provide leadership and direction to staff, and serve as a role model in customer service.
  10. Develop and implement creative strategies for employee recognition and retention.
