Are you an experienced retail professional looking for a new challenge? Swarovski is looking for an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to drive sales and ensure a positive customer experience. We are looking for an innovative and driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an eye for detail.The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ retail management experience and a proven track record of achieving operational targets and driving sales. You must possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as excellent customer service skills. A successful candidate will also have the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, while demonstrating a customer-focused attitude. Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team to drive sales and ensure a positive customer experience • Develop innovative strategies to boost sales and increase customer satisfaction • Achieve operational targets and driving sales • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships • Monitor stock levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory • Create and maintain a positive working environment • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Analyze sales data and create reports to inform business decisions • Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action when necessary
