Assistant Retail Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our Swarovski team! Responsibilities:

1. Train and develop staff on customer service, sales, and retail management best practices.
2. Create an environment that ensures customer satisfaction and meets sales goals.
3. Monitor store performance, analyze data, and develop strategies for improvement.
4. Monitor stock levels and ensure merchandise is displayed in an appealing manner.
5. Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.
6. Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure coverage during peak hours.
7. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
8. Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
9. Assist Store Manager with budgeting and financial planning.
10. Oversee all day-to-day operations of the store.
