Job Description

The Professional Development Coordinator will have primary responsibility to implement the faculty and staff development component of the Title V project; collaborate with the RCC Director of Institutional Learning and Engagement. Serves on institutional committees focused on student success. Establishes Provost Faculty Scholars to target faculty development. Collaborates with College Schools, departments and the Institutional Learning Dir. Coordinates professional development activities related to Title V Works to leverage the use of Blackboard to meet diverse learning needs and contextualized training for each GP School. Engages with full and part-time faculty to enhance and develop skills. Monitors and assesses quality, effectiveness and outcomes of training programs.Creates communication plans to increase awareness of development opportunities.
