Team Lead

As a Team Lead, you are a leader in customer service, driving customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be a role model to our team and be responsible for the daily operations of the store. Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction levels to ensure a positive customer experience
• Work with team members to identify areas for improvement in customer service
• Maintain store operations, including inventory and product displays
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales
• Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues
• Coordinate and delegate tasks among team members to maximize efficiency
• Create and maintain a positive working environment for team members
• Train, mentor, and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to do their jobs effectively
