Team Lead

We’re looking for a team-oriented, highly organized, and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead at Sunglass Hut. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and building customer loyalty, while motivating and leading a team of associates to reach store goals.To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who has a minimum of two years of leadership experience in retail or customer service environments, and who has a proven track record of excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of associates to deliver excellent customer service and exceed store goals.
2. Manage and motivate employees to ensure they are working towards the same goals.
3. Build customer loyalty through exceptional customer service.
4. Identify areas of improvement and suggest strategies to enhance customer experience.
5. Monitor store performance and results and provide feedback to associates.
6. Develop and implement training programs to ensure associates are well-versed in product knowledge and customer service.
7. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
8. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
9. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
10. Manage inventory and restock shelves as needed.
