We’re looking for an individual with a strong sense of style and fashion, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented attitude.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, and a proven track record of leading and motivating teams, driving sales, and meeting operational targets. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
2. Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales and performance targets.
3. Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to make recommendations for improvement.
4. Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the required skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
5. Manage store inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and ordering new stock when necessary.
6. Ensure store complies with all company policies and procedures.
7. Manage customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
8. Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
9. Act as an ambassador for the brand, promoting the values of Sunglass Hut.
