Retail Supervisor

At Sunglass Hut, we are looking for a Retail Supervisor who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our retail stores. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, who can ensure our customers have the best possible experience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of retail principles, a customer service focus, and the ability to lead a team.The successful candidate must have a minimum of one year of experience in a retail environment and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of current fashion trends and excellent customer service skills are essential. Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day operations of retail stores, including staff scheduling, customer service, sales promotion and financial performance.
2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and store profitability.
3. Provide leadership, direction and guidance to store employees.
4. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and motivation as needed.
5. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
6. Ensure store compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
7. Resolve customer complaints or issues.
8. Maintain store security and ensure safe working environment.
9. Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and customer service best practices.
10. Participate in inventory control and loss prevention activities.
