- Oversee all aspects of store operations including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive profitability.
- Train and manage a team of retail associates to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Create and implement processes to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to develop and execute promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
- Continuously evaluate and improve store operations to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for store associates and provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make informed business decisions.
- Manage and track store expenses to ensure profitability.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
Relevant Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Fashion Or Accessories Industry. This Includes Experience In Managing Teams, Driving Sales, And Achieving Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team To Achieve Set Goals And Objectives. A Successful Candidate Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Coaching Team Members To Improve Performance.
Operational Knowledge: In-Depth Knowledge Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Customer Service Standards. Experience In Implementing Operational Strategies To Improve Efficiency And Drive Sales Growth Is Also Important.
Analytical Skills: The Ability To Analyze Sales Data, Identify Trends, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Store Performance. A Strong Understanding Of Financial Reports And Budget Management Is Also Essential.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Customers, And Upper Management. This Includes Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Give And Receive Feedback.
