  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of retail operations for Sunglass Hut, including daily store operations, inventory management, and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet company goals and targets.
  3. Ensure all stores are meeting and exceeding sales and profitability targets.
  4. Train and develop store managers and staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Implement visual merchandising standards to ensure consistent and appealing displays in all stores.
  7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  8. Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure the right products are stocked in the stores.
  9. Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and identify any areas for improvement.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
  11. Manage the store budget and expenses to ensure profitability.
  12. Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on store performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
  13. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors to make informed business decisions.
  14. Ensure all stores are adhering to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  15. Lead by example and foster a positive and productive work environment.
