1. Conceptualize and design innovative and stylish eyewear in line with the brand's vision and aesthetic.
2. Stay updated on current fashion and design trends to ensure the products stay relevant and desirable to customers.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, merchandising, and sourcing to ensure a cohesive and successful product launch.
4. Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and incorporate them into the design process.
5. Develop and maintain design templates, style guides, and technical specifications for the product line.
6. Create detailed sketches, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
7. Work closely with manufacturers to ensure product designs can be feasibly produced within budget and timeline constraints.
8. Conduct regular quality control checks on samples and final products to ensure they meet design and brand standards.
