Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Assist customers in selecting the perfect pair of sunglasses based on their individual needs and preferences.
3. Assist the optometrist in performing eye exams and contact lens fittings.
4. Ensure accuracy of customer orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Ensure all optical equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
6. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and advice to customers on the latest fashion trends in eyewear.
7. Maintain inventory of optical supplies and merchandise.
8. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store.
9. Follow safety and security protocols for the store.
10. Other duties as assigned.
