This is an integral part of our team, as the Optometric Technician is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience when visiting the store.To ensure success, the Optometric Technician should have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and a desire to be a part of something bigger than themselves. Additionally, the Optometric Technician should have a minimum of two years experience in the optometric field, and be knowledgeable about eyewear and eyewear accessories. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to customers when they visit the store.

5. Perform administrative tasks such as paperwork and order fulfillment.
6. Perform basic optometric tests such as visual acuity, refraction, and cover test.
7. Educate customers on proper eyewear care and the importance of regular eye exams.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information.
9. Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Ensure that the store is well-stocked and maintained.
