  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding the perfect pair of sunglasses that meet their needs and style preferences.
  3. Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  4. Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is visually appealing and products are displayed effectively.
  5. Train and develop team members to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and positive work environment.
  7. Stay up-to-date with fashion and eyewear trends to provide expert knowledge and advice to customers.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and efficiently.
  9. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
  10. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  11. Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.
  12. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  13. Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and excellent customer service.
  14. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment to ensure adequate product availability.
  15. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to continuously develop skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Management: A Successful Optical Assistant Manager At Sunglass Hut Should Have Previous Experience In Managing A Retail Store Or Department. This Includes Knowledge Of Sales Techniques, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.

  • Knowledge Of Optical Products: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Optical Products, Including Sunglasses And Prescription Eyewear. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Brands, Styles, And Features, As Well As The Ability To Make Product Recommendations Based On Customer Needs.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As An Optical Assistant Manager, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Upper Management Is Essential. This Includes Clear And Professional Verbal And Written Communication, As Well As Active Listening Skills.
